Solution:

If your Uninstallation process done, but some files such as desktop shortcuts, or folders still exist, this is due to the limited access of the uninstaller to your folders.

You can clean them bu open your:

C:/User/<name>/AppData/Local/Programs/

and delete some folders:

• tensorhvac-pro

• tensorHVAC-Pro-2025-installer

• tensorHVAC-Pro-2025-uninstaller

• tensorHVAC-Pro-Launcer

And you can safelly delete the shortcuts on your desktop.
